The City of Toronto and the TTC are seeking public input on service options for the new proposed RapidTO transit priority roadway along Jane St. from Steeles Ave. W. to Eglinton Ave. W.
The TTC has developed potential service concepts for bus routes operating on Jane St. and wants to hear from those who use the routes on a regular basis.
TTC customers can now share their thoughts on ways to improve the speed and reliability of bus service along the roadway. More information and a survey link can be found at: toronto.ca/RapidTO.
“RapidTO will help customers travel more quickly and efficiently, and I look forward to seeing the recommendations that come out of this public consultation process,” said TTC Chair Jon Burnside. “I encourage everyone who uses this stretch of Jane St. to provide their input so that we can make sure that all voices and opinions are heard.”
“I really want to encourage all our customers, especially those who use the 35 Jane route, to participate in this survey,” said TTC CEO Rick Leary. “Customer feedback is so important in finding effective transit solutions. We want to hear from transit users, drivers and others who use the roadway, to ensure that our services are meeting the needs of the neighbourhood.”
